Il Giardino è aperto tutti i giorni (inclusi Sabati, Domeniche e Festività) dal 27/02/2010 al 03/12/2010 compresi, dalle 10.00 alle 13.00 e dalle 14.00 al tramonto.
Lo shop è aperto tutti i giorni esclusi lunedì e martedì.
Prezzo dei biglietti: adulto = 8,50 €; adulto in gruppo = 7,50 €; ragazzo dai 6 ai 14 anni = 5,50 €; scolaresche = 5,50 € ciascuno (guida compresa solo per le scolaresche) con prenotazione obbligatoria per gruppi e scolaresche.

Erwachsene mit Ermäßigung € 7,50; Kinder unter 6 Jahren kostenlos; Jugendliche zwischen 6 und 14 Jahren € 5,50. Schulklassen nur mit Voranmeldung € 5,50 (pro Person und inklusive Führung).
