PAYMENT REGULATIONS, CANCELLATION, INVOICE

PAYMENT REGULATIONS

The admittance tickets can be paid cash on site or at least 10 days in advance from the scheduled visit by bank money transfer.
All the extras, besides the normal visit of the Monumental garden, have to be paid only in advance by Bank money transfer. We remind You that the reservation of all the extras, besides the simple visit to the monumental garden, will be confirmed and guaranteed only after payment and that rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed (for more details see below under ‘CANCELLATION POLICY’).
– Booking of a guided visit of the Monumental Garden, ‘Picnic ’ for groups, ‘Tables’ Booking’: 0% down, balance at least 10/14 days prior to the scheduled visit.
– Booking of all extras that involve the use of the Villa (Aperitivo, visits of the interior of the Villa, lunches, rental of the Villa for vacation or Photo/film shooting, other): 50% down, balance 45 days prior to occupancy date.

Please, once You have made the money transfer, send us by fax (049/9139259) or by e-mail (info@valsanzibiogiardino.it), in pdf o jpg format, the receipt of the money transfer with its identification number. Furthermore, in case of visiting groups and if possible, give copy of the pre-payment to Your Group Leader to hand in at the ticket counter of the garen the day of the visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation of guided visits of the Monumental garden.
Below the refund % of the actual prepaid amount:
– 20% refund if canceled at least 10 days before scheduled date;
– 0% refund if canceled within 10 days before scheduled date;
However, if the reservation is cancelled at least 3 days prior of the scheduled day, it will be possible to make another reservation in the same visiting year with a penalty of 30% on the normal price.

Reservation involving the Villa (Aperitivo, visits of the interior of the Villa, lunches, rental of the Villa for vacation or Photo/film shooting, other).
Below the refund % of the actual prepaid amount:
– 90% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date;
– 80% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date;
– 50% refund if canceled at least 45 days before arrival date;
– 0 % refund if canceled within 45 days before arrival date;

The ‘Amministrazione’, at his discretion, will give up to 95% refund, if the Villa was successfully relocated in the same period of the cancellation.

INVOICE/PAYMENT RECEIPT

We remind You that we do not have to pay the IVA (tax free – exempt IVA according to the Art.10 point 22 of the D.P.R. 633/72 and successive modification) and, thus, if You do not differently specified, as prove of Your payment we will end out only normal tickets and a non-fiscal receipt. In case, Your group would like to have a fiscal receipt of the payment, please, let us know it in advance and provide us with all the data to fill out the fiscal receipt. The fiscal receipt, that we will issue, will be made by the Tenuta Valsanzibio s.r.l. (P.IVA: 03661360283), it will have an extra cost of 2,0 € (tax fee) and it will be made the day of the visit and hand in to the guide/responsible of the group or mailed to whatever address You will provide us. In case You require an Electronic Invoice, the extra cost for this type of receipt is 20,00 €.
